Studio steps to Soccer and OTR / Downtown

Positive: The place was clean

Wouldn’t book again, not because of actual unit but bc other options in better locations. Positive: Comfy bed Negative: Listed as steps to OTR but actually 10+ minute walk through to that neighborhood

Felt relaxed and comfortable. Positive: The entire set up and how it was kept ready. Negative: Nothing.

I stayed at the Dayton studio for one month. In general it was a nice stay but there were a few logistics that made it a less than perfect stay.The good: The kitchen is well appointed and have everything you need to actually cook a meal. The bathroom is sufficient and comfortable. The furnishings are also well done and comfortable. The management of this unit is excellent. A pipe burst in the first floor unit while I was staying here and they were prompt to get that fixed as well as offering me an alternative unit nearby to use the bathroom facilities. Location is great for visiting downtown and is close to highways, which is nice for getting around the city. The bad: The second floor tenets make this place not ideal for any stay longer than a weekend. The hallways and the unit smell like smoke, both cigarettes and marijana, frequently. All the cloth items I had there (clothes, duffel bag, dog bed, blanket) all smell like smoke now due to being in the unit. The dog bed was only there for a weekend and it stinks. The neighbors are also frequently loud and leave their trash bags in the narrow hallway, making it hard to pass. The parking is also harder to find than indicated in the listing. I frequently had to park a block away, and walk back, sometimes in the rain. The ugly: The unit could use a bit of maintenance. There are spots on the wall that have been spackled but not painted. The kitchen sink and shower drain slowly. The air vent in the bathroom looks like it’s alm
