Brand New on the Streetcar line

Well-maintained spatious units situated perfectly with some design choices that could be improved Positive: Excellent location near Findlay market. I enjoyed the view and the park right next to the property. The room was well-maintained and stocked with cleaning equipment. The view from my room was gorgeous! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were clean. The entryway was tight and efficient, but I was able to store a Cincinatti redbike there during quick stops at my unit. The space was sufficient that I could have entertained 6-8 but no good eating seating. Negative: The WiFi was slow, but the nearby cellular service was fast enough to make it up. I sometimes had trouble with the HVAC unit's remote; the range seemed long but it didn't activate unless close. I never got to wash my clothes because I didn't realize the laundry was in the basement. There were no good spots to eat in the unit, the work desk was the only place you could fit your legs under.

Negative: I wasn’t informed that I would have to walk up several flights of steps with my luggage to get to my stay. No elevator.

I was familiar with the area from a previous stay and the description is well represented. As any big city, the homeless population is visible throughout the city, but we didn’t feel unsafe. The proximity to the streetcar is excellent, however much of the area is quite walkable. Reserving the parking spot was well worth it. Had a great time!

The apartment was very cute and well decorated. You have to input three different codes for three different doors/gates and it felt like a lot but easy enough! My only complaint was that the listing advertised parking and the DAY before when I asked they said there were only two spots for 7 apartments and they were already reserved. I would have liked to know when I booked to try to reserve the parking. There are pay lots which is what we did but that was another $48 for one night
