Brand New on the Streetcar line

Not great Positive: The hosts were very communicative. The space reflected the booking! It was very clean. Negative: I hate leaving negative reviews, but as a frequent solo traveller it’s worth flagging a few things for others in similar positions. First of all, there’s another platform you have to login to after booking and payment taken, and they also ask you to pay a further deposit on that website. I’ve never seen this done before and it was hugely inconvenient! You don’t get sent the check in details on the day if you haven’t filled out this secondary profile. The place itself is in a slightly noisy (and locals I met described it as “rough” area), which I wouldn’t feel safe in at night. Finally - the street lights are on permanently and so light streams in every single window (with ineffective blinds) - making it very difficult to sleep! For the inflated price - I was hugely disappointed.
