Clean & Bright 2BR near downtown

DA DIMENTICARE Positive: NIENTE. Negative: Sono arrivato e non c'era il codice per il check-in. Ho chiamato il numero sulla prenotazione e mi hanno risposto che me l'avrebbero mandato: mai arrivato. Ho provato a richiamare e non mi hanno più risposto. Ho mandato un SMS e non mi hanno risposto. Non ho potuto soggiornare e ho dovuto prenotare un altro hotel nonostante avessi già pagato. Ora chiederò il rimborso a Booking...vedremo se saranno più affidabili della struttura.

Great home with at home amenities and amazing communication with the host! Positive: The stay in Bright 2BR near downtown was AMAZING, the location was convenient to Paycor stadium and the baseball stadium. There are many stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius from the home. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with great communication from the hosts and like home amenities this is definitely the place to book! When we are back in the area we will definitely book again! Negative: The only con we had which is completely out of the hosts control was the upstairs neighbors, most of the time it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. This would occur from as early at 5:30am and would go till 2am.. like I said this is completely out of the hosts control. If you are a light sleeper please just bring earplugs..
