Stunning Condo Near Washington Park - Free Parking

We stayed in OTR because we wanted to view Blink. This was a great location within walking distance to Findlay Market, Music Hall, Washington Park and a block from the Cable car line. It was perfect for Blink as there were several displays within two blocks. We rented with another couple and it was great that the bathrooms were NOT directly connected to either bedroom so easy for anyone to go to the bathroom no matter what time of night and not disturb anyone else.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. 2 blocks South was easy parking at Washington Park along with a great neighborhood festival. 3 blocks North was the absolutely wonderful Findlay Market which spoiled us every morning with coffee, bakery items and fresh local goods. The place itself was cozy and had all accommodations as advertised. The sitting room worked great to catch some late night football and streaming TV shows. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

The space was clean and comfortable, everything that we were looking for to crash after a last minute concert trip. While it wasn’t an issue for us, it should be noted that the free parking is a couple blocks away and to get to the unit requires climbing a few flights of stairs. I liked that the parking was in a secure garage under the park.

VRBO post says, "The 1870's building has been completely renovated from the ground up". True of the rental unit which was very clean and well kept. However, the courtyard and stairwell really need to be cleaned up and repaired. Entry stairs have serious trip hazards. Description says "the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor" which is very deceptive since the bedrooms are on the 4th floor and living area on the 3rd. It's doubtful us 70 year olds would have rented if we knew it was a two floor climb to reach the unit's entry. Also would have been nice to know that the free parking was 2 blocks away.
