Mount Adams vacation, We were somewhat surprised upon arrival of how dark the alley entrance was to

Property entrance was rough, with dark lighting and raised concrete paths, possible trip hazard. Backyard area in need of cleanup. Steps to enter property were small and somewhat difficult to use. Noise level was high. Third floor occupants were loud throughout stay. Unit was clean and comfortable.
